How is Relax Aweigh different than other diet plans?

How often will I have to listen to the audio?

Some people listen to it daily, some people listen to it once a week, some people listen to it only once, and some people use it as a refresher for motivation as the need arises.  So the answer to that question is that it will vary from individual to individual.  You will discover how often you need to listen to it.

I have been a yoyo dieter for many years and I realize this is not healthy.  Will Relax Aweigh continue this cycle for me?

Yes, she will do it on a case-by-case basis if her schedule permits.  Right now she is doing corporate seminars only.

Can I use the Relax Aweigh Weight Loss Plan with my family?

The Relax Aweigh plan can be modified to fit your family’s needs and can also help you make weight control a family affair.  There are no special foods to prepare on this plan, so it is easy for the family chefs to prepare food the whole family will enjoy.  You can modify the family meals to be well planned, nutritious, and appetizing.  You can still enjoy many of your favorite foods on this plan.  Spouses may also enjoy the added benefits from eating so healthy.

I am a diabetic.  Can I use the Relax Aweigh Weight Loss Plan?

Absolutely.  Weight loss and maintenance is extremely important to diabetics.  But as with any new diet plan, you must first show this diet plan to your doctor and dietician.

Can I use Relax Aweigh while I am using another diet plan?

Yes, you can count points with this plan. You can use prepackaged meals with this plan. Once you read the enclosed plan, and listen to the five weight loss suggestions on the CD, you will discover that you have the self-control to stick to your plan (whichever it is).   For example, on weight loss plans with independent choices, plan your meals with Relax Aweigh suggestions in mind.   The five rules are straightforward and good common sense dieting.  With prepackaged meal diet plans, add one small snack or two (according to the rules of your plan) to Relax Aweigh and make menu choices with the Relax Aweigh suggestions in mind.   For example, choose meals that are healthy and supplement them with fresh fruits and vegetables. The Relax Aweigh Weight Loss Plan will give you the strength to stay on the diet plan without eating in between meals and without feeling hunger or deprived!
